Our company participated in the 9th Executive Council Meeting of the China Industrial Cleaning Association

On April 13, 2016, the 9th Executive Council of the China Industrial Cleaning Association was held in Sichuan Chengdu The Tianyi International Hotel held the meeting, and the seventh session of the first council was successfully held at the same location the next day.

At the executive council meeting, the attending representatives mainly listened to the "15th Annual Work Summary and 16th Annual Work Plan of the Association", the "Revised Explanation of the Qualification Management Measures for Industrial Cleaning Enterprises (2016 Edition)", and the "Report on the Progress of Safety Management and Standardization in the Industrial Cleaning Industry". Zhao Zhike, the Secretary General of the Association, explained and further emphasized several important issues: "The Association will actively promote the construction of an internal reward system in the industry, and give corresponding rewards to the heroes and craftsmen in the industry. During the process of promoting standardization work, the drafting level and progress of standard drafts are uneven. In the next step, the Association's Standardization Committee will pay more attention to and supervise, and plans to complete four national standards by the end of May. Submission of 4 industry standards; Given the trend of specialization and scale development in the use of technology and cleaning equipment for industrial cleaning operations and service enterprises engaged in different categories and directions, the current qualification classification cannot fully reflect the service capabilities and professional characteristics of industry enterprises. In order to adapt to this changing trend and better reflect the characteristics of the qualification applying units, the original qualification management measures have been revised. The revised qualification level classification mainly includes three categories: chemical cleaning, physical cleaning, and central air conditioning cleaning. Chemical cleaning is divided into four levels: ABCD, physical cleaning is divided into four levels: high-pressure water jet cleaning ABCD, PIG pipeline cleaning ABCD, and tank mechanical cleaning ABC. Central air conditioning cleaning is divided into two levels: AB and AB. The new version of the qualification certificate will be used from May 1, 2016, and the old version of the cleaning qualification certificate will be used until April 30, 2017

At the seventh council meeting held in the Minghe Hall of the hotel on April 14th, Zhou Zhuye, Vice President of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, made an important speech. He first affirmed the achievements of the Cleaning Association in recent years and gave suggestions for the 2016 plan measures, stating that "more emphasis should be placed on innovative work and increased innovation efforts". In addition, President Zhou also shared with the attending representatives the development trends of China's petroleum and chemical industry, allowing everyone to have a deeper understanding of the development of the petrochemical industry in the current environment, which will help enterprises adjust their work layout and direction in the next step. President Zhou Xinchao of the association's publication "China Industrial Cleaning" gave a detailed introduction on the renaming of the publication (which was renamed from the original "Member Address Book") and the improvement of its main content, and reported on the focus of the association's information and communication work in the next step.
