On December 9, 2016, all members of our company's network department participated in the innovation capability enhancement training course for small and medium-sized enterprises held by the Economic Development Zone - Embracing E-commerce and Leading the Future. The training was taught by Professor Sun Lili, Director of the Operations Management Research Office at the E-commerce Research Center of Tsinghua University.

It is reported that Professor Sun Lili is the director of the Operations Management Research Office at the E-commerce Research Center of Tsinghua University. She is a lecturer at several well-known universities and has 18 years of practical experience in e-commerce management. She is an expert in the operation of the entire network; And he has rich operational experience in strategic planning, system construction, online and offline marketing, channel expansion, and brand management. In addition, he once served as a core executive of a well-known e-commerce company, with rich experience in Internet entrepreneurship. In recent years, we have helped many traditional enterprises successfully transform into e-commerce.

During this training, Teacher Sun Lili mainly focused on the following aspects: 1. E-commerce strategic planning, 2. System construction, 3. Marketing planning, 4. Channel promotion, 5. WeChat/Weibo marketing, and 6. Operation of various e-commerce platforms. The training content is simple and easy to understand, with strong practicality.

After the training, the Network Department held a brief training sharing session under the organization of Manager Wei, summarizing the experience and lessons learned from daily work, integrating them with the training content, and making new plans for the next work.
