1： Special meeting before departure

In response to the company's call to better meet market requirements and provide each construction team with a comprehensive understanding of the project to be constructed, the Engineering Center has held specialized meetings for each project to be constructed before departure since March 2017. The meeting content generally includes:

1: Technical aspects: The parameters, condition, structure, determined cleaning process, and design of temporary systems of the equipment in this project are generally explained by technical personnel from the technical department or the technician serving as the project manager. The purpose is to provide each construction team member with a preliminary understanding of the project before departure, so that they can provide reference for the preparation of materials and equipment for construction.

2: In terms of equipment, it is generally explained by the equipment department manager or the maintenance personnel responsible for the equipment. The purpose is to give the construction personnel a basic understanding of all the equipment involved in the project construction, such as the flow rate, head, rated and safe operating current of the equipment, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment operation room, and judging the operation status of the equipment through the sound of the equipment during operation. Through the explanation of the equipment personnel, it is convenient for the construction personnel, especially the team leader, to provide assistance in the safe use, fault prevention and troubleshooting of the equipment.

3: The construction site and safety are generally explained by the Engineering Center to make the construction personnel pay attention to the team image and construction safety at the site. Through this explanation, many construction personnel, especially temporary workers, tell themselves before starting that the team they follow is a regular army, and let them remind themselves every moment that going out represents not only their own image, but more importantly, the image of Sciengreen, Jining, Shandong, and the image of Chinese going abroad. Let them know that safety is paramount, without safety, all efforts and sweat are in vain. Let every worker's mind always tighten the thread of safety, pay attention to safety at all times, and think about safety at all times. It's better not to do something unsafe than to take risks.

2： YY voice conference

According to the company spirit and the attention of the company president, the engineering center will arrange a YY voice conference once a week for each construction site and the construction managers who have not gone out. The purpose is to understand the construction status of each project, understand the problems encountered in the project, and allow each construction manager to speak freely, broaden their horizons, and brainstorm. It can be said that this meeting is an interactive meeting between the construction manager and the engineering center, where everyone can come up with ideas and find ways to solve management problems that are headache inducing for individual construction managers; It's still a technical exchange meeting, solving difficult problems and sharing experiences; It's still a safety communication meeting, where hidden dangers are identified, uncivilized and unsafe scenes are exposed, the person in charge of the project is exposed, personnel engaged in unsafe operations are exposed, and uncivilized behavior is exposed.
