Our company successfully cleaned insoluble scale - heavy rust scale for customers

Recently, our company successfully cleaned the insoluble scale - heavy rust scale in the heat exchanger for Shandong Lutai Chemical Co., Ltd. Shandong Lutai Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Zhanghuang Industrial Park, Yutai County, Shandong Province. It is one of the six key chemical industrial parks planned by Jining City. The chlor alkali chemical project led by Lutai Chemical adopts the world's advanced ion membrane electrolysis alkaline process and wet calcium carbide method to produce polyvinyl chloride resin, with very advanced technology. Due to improper water treatment, the 7 ℃ chilled water system in its polyvinyl chloride section. A thick layer of rust has formed on the surface of heat exchangers such as condensers, and there is also sludge mixed in. Serious impact on heat exchange efficiency and production stability. Lutai Chemical Co., Ltd. immediately contacted a local cleaning company in Yutai County and used conventional cleaning techniques, but did not achieve any results. After introduction, we found our company and through a series of rigorous steps such as on-site scale sampling, laboratory analysis, and small-scale scale dissolution tests, we have determined that this scale is mainly a structurally dense iron oxide scale. This type of scale is a difficult problem in the cleaning industry and can be very tricky to handle. And our independently developed heavy rust scale cleaning agent SGR-1302 can effectively solve such problems. Our company immediately organized a dedicated public relations project team. This cleaning agent SGR-1302 is a highly efficient and safe cleaning product developed by our company, which is synthesized using special chelating agents, enhancers, surfactants, and other components for heavy iron rust (magnetic rust). It has been proven through cleaning practice in a domestic steel enterprise's MC system and multiple boilers and heat exchangers. Through efficient and rigorous cleaning and construction by project personnel such as Manager Liu from the R&D department and Captain Liu Guanghua from the construction department, this project was completed within a week. After opening the circulating water inlet of the heat exchanger, it was found that all the scale had been removed, and all corrosion data met national standards. There was not a single case of leakage, which received unanimous praise and high recognition from the leaders of Lutai Chemical.
