In order to promote grassroots party building work in the whole district and better serve the construction of the whole district, our company's party branch, as an outstanding representative of the "Two New Party Committees", recently followed the Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone grassroots party building work inspection team to study and inspect the experience and practices of dual management of street community party building, non-public enterprise party building, and machinery party members in advanced party branches in Suqian, Zhenjiang, Wuxi, Suzhou and other places in Jiangsu. The inspection team held discussions with relevant comrades from the local organization department every time they arrived, listened to their introductions, and conducted on-site observation and learning.

In the investigation, based on the actual situation of our company, we focused on learning about the party building work of Jiangsu Bairuiji New Materials Co., Ltd., Hongdou Group and other enterprises. The party branch of Jiangsu Bairuiji New Materials Co., Ltd. organically combined party building elements with corporate culture, creatively promoting the "military model", "school model" and "family model" in the enterprise. Taking discipline in the military as an example, only wrong actions and no wrong commands can ensure the execution of enterprise and party building work.
