The flushing project of the air preheater for Unit 1 of Qiangui Power Generation has been completed on schedule with quality assurance

Guizhou Qiangui Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Baiguo Town, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. The power plant currently operates two 660000 units. On July 1, 2017, the power plant underwent technical renovation and maintenance - Unit 1's air preheater thermal storage element was replaced and flushed. According to the research conducted by our technical personnel, the cleaning period is only three days, and the maintenance period is very tight. During the cleaning work, it is necessary to extract the bottom layer of the thermal storage element and then conduct a comprehensive flushing. Moreover, it is a simultaneous and cross operation with other maintenance companies. We found in the research results that the thermal storage element of the air preheater has been blocked. Faced with the tight construction schedule and heavy tasks, Manager Zhang Zheng from the second department of the company's power project and the leaders of the company's engineering center decisively formulated a cleaning plan, dispatched two high-pressure water equipment and 16 skilled members of the engineering department to participate in the project.

Our construction personnel arrived at the construction site one day earlier than requested by Party A, actively cooperated with Party A, and studied safety education and training seriously. After passing the training, Captain Zhang Heng of the construction team immediately arranged the construction personnel in a safe and orderly manner, divided them into shifts and started cleaning. This summer has been particularly hot, and our construction team members are wearing airtight waterproof clothing, tirelessly standing on their posts and continuing to work. After a day of cleaning work, taking off the waterproof suit, one can clearly see that the team members' close fitting clothes have been soaked with sweat, as if they have been soaked by a drifting heavy rain. With gentle hand pressure, the water easily slides to the ground. After the arduous struggle of all the workers, we successfully completed the construction task as required by Party A on schedule.

After the inspection and acceptance by the leaders of various departments such as equipment and operation by Party A, the quality of our work has been highly praised by the leaders of each department.
