The first training camp of "Xinrui Iron Army" was successfully held

From October 5th to 8th, 2017, the elites of our company's chemical marketing center gathered at the Green Xinchun Ecological Manor in Zoucheng, Shandong for a 4-day training camp.

On the morning of October 5th, with the order of the highest commander of the Iron Army, General Tian Mingge, the "Xinrui Iron Army" was successfully established. The subsequent ceremony of awarding military flags, appointment letters, battle flags, and battle uniforms pushed the founding ceremony of the day to a climax. Under the leadership of General Tian, the soldiers passionately read out the military spirit of the "Xinrui Iron Army": customer first, cooperation and sharing, bravery and perseverance, integrity and dedication!

On the afternoon of October 5th, Guo Hu, a military discipline inspector and training officer of the Iron Army, led the Iron Army soldiers to practice military posture, formation, and turning, demanding every Iron Army soldier's execution ability.

On the evening of October 5th, the afternoon and evening of October 6th, and the whole day of October 7th, Manager Song Mingwei from the Chemical Business Department II conducted sales process and sales skills training for the soldiers of the "Xinrui Iron Army". The system explained the marketing methods and tools used in various stages of the sales process, such as McKay 66, the four roles of key account sales, Avi's approach to work, the four person mentality, writing and drawing, and heart attack techniques. During this period, there were sharing sessions where soldiers shared their practical work experience and learning insights on the use of tools. Through everyone's sharing, discussion, and summary, a toolkit suitable for use by the Iron Army team was ultimately formed.

On the morning of October 6th, under the leadership of General Tian, a training camp was held. All members of the Iron Army gathered and set off at 7:30 am on time, walking towards the Shangjiu Mountain tourist attraction. Along the way, everyone sang military songs and arrived at their destination in about an hour and a half. At the Shangjiu Mountain Scenic Area, everyone enjoyed the Liuqin opera performed by folk artists and browsed through stone houses and various styles of courtyards together. Around 11 o'clock, everyone gathered at the entrance of the scenic area and walked back together.

On the evening of October 7th, the Iron Army preparation team prepared a splendid bonfire party for the soldiers. Everyone sat in a circle around the campfire, singing PK、 The performance was lively and varied. The carefully prepared three and a half sentences by a team can be said to be the most outstanding program of the bonfire party.

On the afternoon of October 8th, the entire "Xinrui Iron Army" held the "Iron Blood Oath to the Soul of the Army" ceremony. All members of the Iron Army took oaths one by one and wrote blood letters. The resounding and powerful oath demonstrates the unyielding spirit of the Iron Army members, as well as the spirit of unity, cooperation, and mission fulfillment! During the oath taking session, all members of the Iron Army had a proud expression on their faces, feeling proud to be a part of the Iron Army!
