On February 22nd, the seventh day of the Chinese New Year, the first day of the Spring Festival holiday, the company kicked off a series of training sessions. The first training session was on the company's corporate culture and development strategy, which was personally delivered by Chairman Tian Mingge and attended by all employees. Mr. Tian provided a comprehensive and profound explanation of the company's development history, business scope and direction, corporate culture, vision, and development strategy. The corporate culture was further elaborated from three key aspects: core values, core behavioral norms, and mission. A day of training, which is both visionary and easy to understand, provides a clear and profound understanding of the company's values, culture, and strategy through concise and emotional guidance. Employees expressed that this training was truly a cultural feast, very inspiring and full of positive energy. It not only gave us a new understanding of work, but also baptized our outlook on life and the world.

On February 23-24, the second training session proceeded as scheduled. At the multifunctional hall on the 4th floor of the company, the company collaborated with Shenzhou Yingcai Enterprise Management Consultant (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to organize a two-day training camp for all employees' execution ability. For this training, we have invited Wang Gongchao, Chairman, Senior Lecturer, and Senior Management Consultant of Shenzhou Yingcai Shandong, and Senior Lecturer Jiang Peng to give lectures.

The two-day training adopts a team competition learning mode. Wang Gongchao, the ace instructor of Shenzhou Talent Execution Training Camp, and Jiang Peng, the senior instructor, respectively gave lectures on performance law and 100% responsibility, business personality, result thinking training, middle-level execution, and the 4R system execution of the 48 word execution truth. The instructors used interactive Q&A, simulation exercises, case analysis and other methods to comprehensively improve the execution of the participating teams, creating a learning atmosphere full of PK and competition, allowing each student to actively participate and achieve rapid absorption of self breakthrough and learning. At the same time, a strict reward and punishment mechanism was established to effectively combine team honor and personal responsibility, so that everyone truly understands what a team is.
During the two-day training, through the teacher's explanation and on-site interactive sharing, we learned about responsibility, execution, gratitude, and deeply understood how to handle daily work and what kind of mentality to use to handle it... In future work, we will apply what we have learned to improve efficiency and output results.

On February 26-27, the company conducted its third training session, with Chairman Tian Mingge personally giving a lecture on "The Power of Business Models". The company's executives and all marketing personnel attended. Mr. Tian spent two whole days leading everyone to learn the principles and methods of business models, and combined them with our company's actual site to stimulate and practice, innovating our company's business model. During the learning process, everyone actively spoke up and participated enthusiastically. After the training, everyone exclaimed about the power of business models and felt like their minds had opened up. This training will undoubtedly have a huge catalytic effect on the future development of our company.

Starting from February 28th, the company's employees will be divided into several groups for professional training. The marketing system took a week to conduct marketing industrialization training under the guidance and leadership of Director Zhang Minghua; Under the leadership of Director Wang Liuliu, the Engineering Center conducted an 8-day project management intensive training and hired industry expert Mr. Zhang to give lectures, which received strong feedback from everyone; Director Yang Qingjun led technical personnel to conduct multiple professional technical training sessions
