On the morning of April 26th,Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. held its first postdoctoral innovation practice workstation opening report meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Hongqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jining Economic Development Zone. Xu Enli, Deputy Director of Jining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, attended and gave a speech. Kuang Shaoping, Dean of the School of Environment and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Han Chao, Chief of the Professional and Technical Personnel Management Department of Jining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhang Xu, Director of the Talent Office of Jining Economic Development Zone, Tian Minge, President of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., and other relevant leaders and experts attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Dr. Chen Xilei, jointly trained by Sciengreen Company and Qingdao University of Science and Technology, gave a postdoctoral presentation titled "Construction of Graphene Functional Materials and Their Application in Printing and Dyeing Water Treatment". The report elaborates on the current research status, technical routes, application prospects, and research methods of graphene in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. Experts in attendance, including Kuang Shaoping, Dean of the School of Environmental and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Yin Shumei, Professor at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Lu Shukai, former Dean of the Municipal Chemical Research Institute, and Tang Wei, Deputy Director of the Monitoring Station of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, fully questioned and questioned the necessity, innovation points, research route, methods, and schedule of the research topic, and provided valuable guidance on how to improve on-site research. After comprehensive evaluation by the members of the expert group, the group believes that Dr. Chen Xilei has a certain research foundation in the construction of graphene functional materials and their application in printing and dyeing water treatment. He has solid basic knowledge and the ability to independently undertake and complete research projects. The proposed research topic is reasonable, and the methods are operable and practical. Finally, Dr. Chen Xilei was unanimously approved to start the research project and carry out corresponding postdoctoral research work.
Dr. Chen Xilei graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2008 as a professor and has been engaged in the research and development of fine chemicals and polymer composite materials for a long time. As a key member, I have participated in research projects such as the 973 Project sub project, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation. As the project leader, I have undertaken one National Natural Science Foundation project, one Shandong Province Outstanding Young Scientist Award Fund, one Shandong Province Higher Education Research Project, and multiple horizontal projects. Published over 60 SCI academic papers; Applied for 15 invention patents, of which 4 have already been authorized; Received 1 first prize and 1 second prize of Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 first prize and 1 second prize of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 second prize of Qingdao City Science and Technology Progress Award.
