The first batch of pipelines for the pipeline cleaning project of Xinjiang Xiexin's 100000 tons/year polycrystalline silicon phase I project have passed the acceptance inspection

On April 7, 2018, warm applause came from the conference room of Xinjiang Xiexin New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Zhuansun Shizhi, the business manager of our Xinjiang branch, announced that the first batch of products for the pipeline cleaning project undertaken by our company has successfully passed the joint acceptance of the owner, supervisor, and units such as Sanhua Construction, Liuhua Construction, Shiliuhua Construction, and China National Chemical Construction.

Since the signing of the contract for the project in January, the company's leadership has attached great importance to it and held multiple special meetings to deploy personnel organization, infrastructure construction, machine and material preparation, node control, and other aspects involved in the project. Through the coordination and cooperation of various departments of the company, by the end of March, all work in the project department was ready and had a preliminary pipeline cleaning capacity of 2000 meters per day.

On April 2nd, Xinjiang Xiexin New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd., the supervision company, and various chemical construction companies conducted an inspection and acceptance of our company's project department and construction site, and a batch of pipelines were transported by Sanhua Construction and 16th Chemical Construction for cleaning. Through processes such as degreasing, acid washing, passivation, rinsing, drying, and sealing, the originally rusty pipeline has undergone a complete transformation. A layer of silver gray protective film is tightly attached to the body, which first conquered all personnel on site from the visual aspect. After multiple professional tests such as dust-free cloth wiping, purple light lamp inspection, passivation film rupture test, corrosion test piece calculation, roughness tester testing, pH meter, and dew point meter by the supervisor and owner's professional technical personnel, the qualification of each test item has been praised by all personnel on site.

In the face of a series of difficulties and challenges such as tight deadlines, heavy tasks, complex technology, and high safety and quality requirements in the project, the successful cleaning of the first batch of pipelines not only verified the correctness of the cleaning facilities and processes designed and produced by our company for the polycrystalline silicon pipeline cleaning project, but also greatly encouraged all personnel in the project department. Everyone was full of fighting spirit and confidence in the subsequent 200000 meter pipeline cleaning task.
