From August 23rd to August 25th, 2018, the "4R Strategic Operation and Control System" course of Shenzhou Talent was launched at the Sheraton Hotel in Qingdao.Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. was led by the Vice President of Operations to participate in the "Zhiyuan" Action Group (which promotes the progress of various construction projects, builds core competitiveness, and cultivates second tier talents). The three-day course was full of exciting and practical knowledge, and the students returned with great achievements through learning, communication, and participation. 

The 4R operation and control course was taught by Professor Jiang Kecheng, a senior management consultant and special lecturer of Shenzhou Talent. Professor Jiang Kecheng gave a lecture on the "4R Strategic Operation and Control System", in which the inquiry meeting, contract spirit, YCYA and other aspects were very beneficial. The three-day course was fast-paced, full of practical knowledge, and received rave reviews on site. 

Teacher Jiang talked about communication issues. Subordinates and leaders need to maintain consistency in their thinking channels, and first solve their emotions before solving problems. In addition, regarding the definition of results and one-on-one responsibility, the teacher conducts practical implementation of the course through homework discussions and comments. At the same time, Teacher Jiang gave wonderful lectures on management responsibilities, how to hold inquiry meetings, and other aspects, supplemented by on-site group PK simulation training, allowing all students to participate and integrate into it. The students also have a lot of feelings, and many of the problems they encounter in their daily work have been answered in Teacher Jiang's class.
