The first phase of the "Excellent Team Training Camp" at Yunhehui Business School has successfully concluded

On August 21-22, the first phase of the "Excellent Team Training Camp" of Yunhehui Business School, hosted by the Yunhehui Entrepreneur Club in Jining City, successfully concluded in the conference room on the second floor of the Capital Center in Jining High tech Zone. Our company's Chief Financial Officer, Niu Fangxi, R&D Manager, Zhang Wei, and Business Manager, Lin Xueqing, attended the training and delivered learning speeches.

Excellent Team Training Camp "is an experiential course specifically designed for team building. It uses coaching techniques to inspire the power of human kindness, cultivate a positive attitude towards life, be not afraid of difficulties, dare to challenge, open up, take responsibility, and innovate. It achieves effective interaction between people and the environment, establishes a proactive communication awareness, learns effective communication skills, develops individual and team potential, promotes overall initiative, identifies individual and team problems, and improves one's leadership and management methods.

81 workplace elites from different industries of Yunhehui member companies participated in this learning session, and through two days and one night of training, they created a passionate, responsible, responsible, dedicated, grateful, executable, and cohesive team for the member companies. Yunhe Hui Business School will provide a series of courses for member companies to enhance the quality and practical skills of senior executives in the enterprise for a long time.
