Our company has been invited to participate in campus job fairs of various universities

From November to December, it is the season for graduates from major universities to find jobs. Invited by various universities, our company has participated in the 2019 campus recruitment activities for graduates organized by Shandong University of Science and Technology, Jining College, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University, Ocean University of China and other universities. At the job fair, our company offered more than 20 positions including R&D engineer, water treatment engineer, sales engineer, equipment engineer, laboratory technician, administrative clerk, etc. A continuous stream of students from majors such as environmental engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, and business management come to consult and apply for positions. The human resources department of the company provided detailed answers to the common concerns of job applicants regarding work environment, promotion mechanism, salary and benefits, and initially reached multiple employment intentions for 5 people.

Next, our company will evaluate and screen outstanding graduates who meet our recruitment criteria, and select the best candidates for admission. Graduates who reach the intention will sign employment agreements through the Shandong Province Graduate Employment Information Network, and will intern and work at our company after graduation.
