On March 21st, the National Coking Industry Coke Oven Gas Comprehensive Utilization, Pollution Control, and Dry Quenching Technology Exchange Conference was held in Xiaoyi, Shanxi. The purpose of this meeting is to further promote the technological progress, healthy development, and high-quality development of the coking industry, and to solve problems in design, construction, and production operations. More than 200 representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises in the coking industry across the country attended the conference. Feng Hengfu, the Deputy Secretary General of the Third, Fourth, and Fifth China Coking Association, delivered a report on the current status and future of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the coking industry. Our company's Chemical Sales Service Center Coal Chemical Business Department Manager Song Mingwei and others were invited to participate in this grand event with the "Integrated Solution for Near Zero Discharge of Sewage Reuse Circulating Water System".

The coking industry is an important industry for basic energy and raw materials, playing a significant role in China's economic construction and social development. With the increasingly severe environmental situation, the contradiction between the level of green development and the requirements of ecological civilization construction is still prominent. Energy conservation and consumption reduction, control of pollutant emissions, and resource utilization of waste need to be strengthened. The coking industry is facing enormous pressure and challenges in energy conservation and environmental protection. Especially the standard discharge treatment of various production wastewater is the most difficult.

Our company has learned from advanced water treatment technologies at home and abroad, combined with nearly 20 years of experience in sewage treatment and circulating water treatment. After thousands of experiments, we have successfully developed the "Near Zero Discharge Integrated Solution for Sewage Reuse Circulating Water System" to address the above issues. We reuse suitable production wastewater into the circulating water system and achieve the goal of non corrosion and non scaling by adding zero discharge special agents. This not only saves clean circulating supplementary water, but also treats sewage without discharging wastewater, creating good economic benefits for the enterprise.
