The Youth of Struggle - A Record of the Chemical Cleaning Project for North 1 and North 2 of Xinjiang Zhundong Special Substation

In February 2019,Sciengreen Xinjiang Branch undertook the chemical cleaning project for the boilers of 1 # and 2 # units of Xinjiang Zhundong Tebian Beiyi Power Plant and 3 # and 4 # units of middling coal Beier Power Plant. After 76 days of hard work, the project was successfully completed and accepted on April 30.

The cleaning project this time is the acid washing project for four 660MW infrastructure unit boilers, which belongs to two owner units, namely China Power Construction Group Nuclear Power Engineering Company, China Energy Construction Group Northeast Electric Power Construction First Company, China Energy Construction Group Northeast Electric Power Construction Second Company, Northwest Electric Power Construction Third Company and other four power construction companies. In the context of short construction period, heavy tasks, and high requirements for intersecting nodes, the construction team of Xinjiang Branch Company entered the construction site on the seventh day of the first lunar month. All employees withstood the pressure and demonstrated the spirit of "Sciengreen people" who are hardworking, outstanding, fearless, and courageous. They worked overtime and tirelessly on the front line of the cleaning project every day, and successfully completed the cleaning tasks of four units on March 4th, March 31st, April 10th, and April 30th.

Since the start of the project, our company has always adhered to high standards and strict requirements, effectively implementing the requirements and suggestions put forward by the owner and supervisor for project management. We have received recognition and high praise from the power construction company and the owner unit multiple times. Especially the Special Transformer Unit 2, which was constructed by the nuclear power company, overcame the difficulties of cold weather, low temperature, long operation time, and large system span, and operated continuously to ensure the smooth completion of the node. On March 4th, it became the first ignition blowpipe unit of the 8 units in the North 1 and North 2 power plants.

The average age of the employees participating in this cleaning project is 35 years old. The project manager, Zhuansun Shizhi, construction manager, Li Tao, and technical leader, Zhu Chuanlei, are all born in the 1980s. The smooth implementation of this project demonstrates the spirit of our company's young team's courage to take on responsibilities, tenacious struggle, fearlessness of hardships, and service to customers.
