In the review of documents and records, the audit team mainly focused on the company's process flow chart, quality manual, procedure documents, testing of raw materials and products, equipment maintenance and upkeep, etc; During the on-site audit, the audit team mainly conducted audits on key departments such as the company's laboratory, R&D center, production workshop, and warehouse.
