Sowing Love, Cultivating Talents for the Country - Remembering the Second "Sciengreen Cup" Qingdao University of Science and Technology Environmental Discipline Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

On the afternoon of December 10th, the Shangshun Academic Lecture Hall of Qingdao University of Science and Technology was filled with joy and thunderous applause - the 2nd "Sciengreen Cup" Qingdao University of Science and Technology Environmental Discipline Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Awards Ceremony was grandly held here. The conference was presided over by Zhou Guizhong, Vice Dean of the School of Environment at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Ding Lin, Vice President of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Wang Yanyong, Human Resources Director of sciengreen Company, attended the conference. Chen Gang, Director of the Student Affairs Department at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Wang Fengye, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Kuang Shaoping, Dean of the School of Environment at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Zhang Feng, Vice Dean, and more than 200 teachers and students attended the conference.

Dean Kuang Shaoping gave an introduction to the competition, saying that with the strong support of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., the competition has been held year after year, and the number of participating students has increased. The competition results have become more and more significant. Through this competition, students not only gained growth and practical knowledge, but some of the competition results papers have been highly praised by experts after being published in authoritative journals, which has given great encouragement to students' academic research. Subsequently, Dean Kuang expressed gratitude to Sciengreen Company and encouraged students to remember gratitude and give back to society. Finally, he announced the list of winners and recognition decisions for this competition. A total of 26 people were awarded the "Sciengreen Scholarship" in this competition, and they went on stage one by one to receive recognition. Chen Gang, Director of the Student Affairs Office at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Wang Yanyong, Director of Human Resources at our company, jointly presented awards to the award-winning students.

After the award ceremony, Director Wang Yanyong delivered a speech on behalf of Sciengreen Company. He first extended greetings to the attending leaders and teachers and students on behalf of the company's President, Mr. Tian Minge, Operations Director, Mr. Cheng Kaigang, and all employees of Sciengreen Company. Then, he introduced Sciengreen Company from three aspects: corporate culture, industry status, and social responsibility. He said that Sciengreen Company's purpose is "the environment changes because of me", which he believes coincides with the values of the Environmental College. This lays a good foundation for cooperation between the two parties and is also consistent with the aspirations of students who are committed to environmental protection. Based on this,Sciengreen Company still insists on establishing this scholarship in the face of economic downturn, intensified market competition, and meager corporate profits, believing that the significance of this award is long-term; Next, Director Wang introduced to the attendees the leading industries and solid industry leading position, research and development strength, and development vision of Sciengreen Company; Finally, he said that the development of Sciengreen Company benefits from a favorable social environment and support from all sectors of society. It is the responsibility of the enterprise to give back to society.Sciengreen Company is a responsible enterprise, and its president, Mr. Tian Minge, is also an entrepreneur with great love. He hopes that the spark of love in the company can illuminate the path of success for students, and also hopes to promote deep cooperation with Qingke University. He expressed his best wishes to Qingke University and its students!

Finally, Ding Lin, Vice President of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, gave a speech in which he highly praised Sciengreen Company's establishment of scholarships and financial aid for disadvantaged students at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and placed sincere hopes on the vast number of students!

After the conference, Wang Yanyong, the HR director of the company, had a special discussion with five students, including Sheng Xianxian and Zhang Zhijian, who were awarded the "Sciengreen Scholarship" this year. He conveyed the concern of Mr. Tian of the company for them, and gained a detailed understanding of their lives, studies, and other situations.
