On the evening of March 5th at 8 o'clock,Sciengreen Company received a notice from Shandong Haili Company to temporarily suspend production for 5 days for major maintenance. Haili Company hopes that we can complete the disassembly, assembly, and cleaning tasks of 63000 square meters of heat exchange equipment during the 5-day shutdown period.

At present, the epidemic has not ended yet. In order to meet customer needs, the company has coordinated with multiple parties and has recently dispatched multiple construction teams to project departments such as Zhejiang Petrochemical, Jinbei Aluminum Industry, and Zhongtian Iron and Steel for construction. Completing such a large amount of work in just 5 days is a severe test of the company's organizational and construction capabilities. After receiving the notification from Haili Company, Mr. Tian personally directed and organized an emergency special meeting of relevant departments overnight to study the specific construction plan for the project in the face of tight time, heavy tasks, and unresolved epidemic, stating that "the customer's difficulties are our topic, and the customer's interests are our benefit. After intense discussions, the construction plan was initially formed, with clear division of labor, each performing their own duties, and taking active actions. What is particularly touching is that male comrades from various business departments of the company's cleaning project center, equipment department of the cleaning engineering center, technical department, material department, comprehensive department and other departments actively volunteered to participate in this construction. Those who have not returned to Xinjiang from the Xinjiang branch also refunded their tickets and joined the construction team to fight alongside the headquarters.

At 8:00 am on March 6th, 7 personnel from the Equipment Department and 19 personnel from the Engineering Department of the Engineering Center entered the company on time to prepare equipment and tools. At the same time, the company's logistics, warehouse, and epidemic prevention and control staff also made relevant preparations. In the second battlefield, personnel related to business, technology, logistics, etc. are also preparing intensively and orderly. At 10 o'clock, 7 transport vehicles entered the company one after another to start lifting equipment and materials; 

At 14:00, 38 construction workers departed; 
At 16:00, vehicles loaded with equipment and tools will depart one after another; 
At 19:00, the last batch of construction personnel and materials departed for Haili Company. 
At 8:00 on March 7th, 47 employees of the engineering center departed one after another; 
At 14:00, 95 people who participated in the cleaning project gathered at Haili Company. 

The project requires the use of 10 high-pressure water equipment, 7 large trucks, and over 20 medium and small passenger cars. As of the morning of March 8th, the project has completed all relevant preparations such as equipment entry and personnel training, and the work surface has also been fully launched. Currently, all work is progressing smoothly according to the planned schedule.
