Based on the current organizational structure of the company and the characteristics of the Amoeba business model, after discussion, the organizational structure of Xing Sciengreen Company's Amoeba business model is as follows: the headquarters is a first level Ba, and the Xinjiang branch, chemical sector, cleaning business sector, cleaning engineering sector, and logistics business sector are set as second level Ba. At the same time, the sewage business unit will be established as an SDU for cultivation, and other service departments will maintain their original functions and no longer set up separate Ba. In addition, four third level buses will be set up within the chemical second level bus, namely the power business bus, comprehensive business bus, coal smelting business bus, and chemical production bus; Two three-level buses, namely electric bus and boiler bus, have been temporarily set up in the cleaning business; Divide the equipment department of the original engineering center into a third level cleaning project.

After the organizational division, a grand ceremony was held for the appointment of Ba Chang. Mr. Tian Mingge, the first level coach and the company president, respectively issued appointment letters and badges to the newly appointed second level coaches; The second level Baba Chang issued appointment letters to the subordinate third level Baba Chang.
