On September 25-27, 2020, the "2020 Clean Production Industry Technology Exchange Conference" was successfully held in Zibo, Shandong. Professor Yin Shumei, Director of our R&D Center, was invited to attend this grand event.
This grand event aims to promote green development, strengthen the energy conservation and environmental protection industry, clean production industry, clean energy industry, promote comprehensive resource conservation and recycling, reduce energy and material consumption, achieve circular links between production and living systems, develop and explore more clean production processes and technologies, with the goal of energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency improvement. Professor Yin Shumei, Director of our R&D Center, gave a special report on "Ultra Low Cost Reuse Solution for Industrial Wastewater". This plan aims to solve the increasingly severe wastewater treatment problem in the production process of various chemical enterprises. The wastewater in the production process of the enterprise can be simply treated or not treated, and directly reused as makeup water in the circulating water system. By adding special agents to the circulating water system, the system can achieve non corrosion, non scaling, and non discharge of wastewater. This plan can save a lot of water resources for enterprises, meet their actual production needs, and solve industry problems economically and efficiently. After years of demonstration and on-site experiments, it has achieved good results, helping high polluting industrial enterprises such as coking and biopharmaceuticals truly achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction. Professor Yin's report has been highly recognized by the attending leaders and experts. As a high-tech industry in China's water treatment industry, it has been widely recognized, and many enterprises have expressed their intention to cooperate.
