On January 7th, Tian Mingge, Chairman of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., led a group of 12 key personnel to visit and learn from Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. and Shandong Jingdao Microelectronics Co., Ltd. despite the severe cold, and were warmly received by both companies.

During the study period, the backbone team of Sciengreen visited the exhibition halls, R&D centers, and some production workshops of two companies, and had in-depth exchanges with the main responsible persons of the two companies on their strategic planning and implementation, marketing development, technological innovation, human resource management, and other aspects. Mr. Ju Hengshan, Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Executive Vice President of Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhang Haojie, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Shandong Jingdao Microelectronics Co., Ltd., both provided detailed experience sharing based on their own enterprise realities. The research team listens carefully, takes notes seriously, and combines their own work to think deeply. At the subsequent lunch sharing session, everyone expressed that they had learned a lot from two excellent companies, which was of great significance for personal growth and work progress, and had benefited greatly.

After the completion of the study tour, the backbone team of the company went to Nishan Shengyuan Academy to conduct a review of the company's business situation in the first half of the 2020-21 fiscal year and organize strategic discussions. They deeply analyzed their own strengths and weaknesses in operation, compared themselves with excellent enterprises to identify their shortcomings, and looked forward to the development goals of the enterprise. Each business unit and center has reviewed the work of the first half of the fiscal year and planned the work for the second half of the fiscal year. At the seminar on the company's future planning, the entire executive team thoroughly discussed the company's "four step" strategy, reached a consensus, and formulated the main indicators for the company's 5-year and 3-year development.

This study has brought us tremendous benefits. Not only has it broadened our horizons and recognized the gap, but it has also elevated our perspective and strengthened our belief in starting a second business. We have dreams in our hearts and firmly believe that the future is ahead.
