In January 2017, our company won the recognition of Hengwei Chemical with its good reputation, rich industry performance, strong technical research and development capabilities, excellent comprehensive solutions, perfect quality assurance system, and reasonable quotation, and won the bid for the methanol circulating water system operation and maintenance service project. The methanol circulating water system is a difficult system to treat in chemical circulating water treatment. From January 2017 to January 2021, our company adhered to the mission of "continuously striving for clean, low consumption and efficient operation for users". Based on the system operation status and water quality changes, we conducted static and dynamic simulation tests, screened the best products, and provided comprehensive technical services to ensure the safe and stable operation of Hengwei Chemical's system.
In January 2021, due to the impact of the epidemic, Zhongrong Xinda, a subsidiary of Hengwei Chemical, required its subsidiaries to control operating costs and select the lowest price for all bidding. Unfortunately, our company was unable to win the bid in this bidding due to price issues.
In March 2021, our company received a call from Hengwei Chemical. The newly awarded water treatment company in Heze had a unclear understanding of the site and was unable to cope with the complexity of the methanol circulating water system. The system operation was extremely unstable, and we hoped that our company could once again take on the operation and maintenance of the system. After receiving the notification, our company immediately rushed to the scene to take water samples, made accurate judgments on the scene, formulated emergency plans, and carried out emergency treatment on the system the next day, which enabled the system to resume stable operation. In mid March 2021, Hengwei Chemical once again signed an annual operation and maintenance agreement with our company for the methanol circulating water system.
This lost and regained cooperation is another affirmation of Hengwei Chemical's comprehensive strength and technical level of our company, and also confirms the correctness of our company's insistence on customer and employee as the starting point of business, and all work is centered on customer value.
