Trial use of demulsifier in the circulating ammonia water system of Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha Energy Co., Ltd

On April 22, 2021, Director Shi Hailing of the R&D Center and R&D personnel Zeng Jun went to Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha Energy Co., Ltd. to learn about the operation of circulating ammonia water. Mr. Shi took water from the pump room of the circulating ammonia water system to observe the color and transparency of the ammonia water, and communicated with on-site technical service personnel Wang Mingyue about the precautions for the operation of circulating ammonia water, the relationship between ammonia water status and oil content.

This on-site communication service is the preparation work for the front-end trial of the demulsifier in the circulating ammonia water system, with the aim of conducting market research and collecting information for future work. Mr. Shi rushed to Tiexiong Xinsha again on April 23rd after finishing his departmental work to understand the operation of the experiment and assist the technical service personnel in conducting on-site experimental operations. The R&D center is always ready to make logistical preparations for technical services and business promotion.

Tiexiong Xinsha is a large-scale energy enterprise mainly engaged in coal chemical industry. It is one of the first enterprises announced by the National Development and Reform Commission to meet the "Access Conditions for Coking Industry", mainly producing coke, coal tar, crude benzene, methanol, etc. Due to its large production scale and advanced technology, the company has a huge driving effect on the local economy, which is in line with the overall development plan of Shandong Province and the national industrial policy requirements. It has been listed as a "key project in the planning and construction of the Lunan Economic Belt" by the Shandong Provincial Government. On March 3, 2009, it was included in the fourth batch of "coking industry access conditions" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. The second phase of the project was listed as a key construction project in Shandong Province in 2009.
