It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, and a single champion demonstration enterprise in manufacturing. It is the world's largest production base for sodium gluconate and one of the important production bases for national biological fermentation products.
Before the bidding, our company entered the circulating water site and conducted detailed system research. After conducting laboratory analysis on the customer's water quality, multiple sets of chemical formulas were screened through static scale inhibition experiments. Finally, the optimal formula was verified through dynamic simulation experiments. Based on on-site research and experimental results, a targeted operational dosing plan was developed. After winning the bid, our company dispatched technical personnel to guide the dosing process on site and debug the system, ensuring the safe and stable operation of Fuyang Biotechnology.
