The development project of nearly zero emission new chemicals has been successfully selected as the first batch of technological innovation projects in Shandong Province in 2022

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province announced the "Notice on Issuing the First Batch of Technological Innovation Project Plans in Shandong Province in 2022". The project "Development and Application of New Chemicals for Near Zero Discharge of Industrial Wastewater Reuse Circulating Water System" independently declared by Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected.

The selected project is based on the company's own invention patent "Acrylic acid copolymer corrosion inhibitor combination and application", and has developed a new series of near zero pollution corrosion and scale inhibitors that can achieve simple treatment or no treatment of wastewater for reuse in the circulating water system. By utilizing the characteristics of the circulating water system itself, the wastewater can be degraded and consumed, ensuring long-term operation of the circulating water system without scaling, corrosion, or dirt deposition. This reduces one-time investment by more than 40% and operating costs by more than 50% compared to traditional processes, and has huge market prospects and commercial value; It can solve common problems in industrial enterprises, drive the exploration of new technologies and processes for zero wastewater discharge in industrial enterprises, and promote the development of the entire water treatment industry.
