On the morning of July 19, 2022, at 9:00 am, the "Xingrui Environment 2021-2022 Fiscal Year Summary and Commendation Conference and 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Strategic Goal Signing Conference" was successfully held in the multifunctional hall on the fourth floor of the headquarters R&D building. The theme of this year's conference is "Continuous Improvement for Winning the Future". The meeting was chaired by Lin Xueqing, the manager of the Procurement Department of the Material Center.

At the meeting, the company's president, Tian Mingge, delivered a work report for the 2021-2022 fiscal year titled "Continuous Improvement, Creating a Better Future Together". The report is divided into three parts: the company's operation and development situation in the 2021-2022 fiscal year, the main problems currently existing in the company, and the company's main work plans and measures for the new fiscal year. In the new fiscal year, the company is committed to improving innovation and continuously striving to create both material and spiritual benefits for employees.

The secretary of the company's party branch, Wang Liuliu, announced the commendation decisions for outstanding individuals and teams, and gave material rewards to outstanding individuals and teams. Exemplary individual and team representatives delivered their acceptance speeches respectively. At the same time, the list of 20 newly promoted merit awards for the new fiscal year was announced, and merit medals were awarded. It is expected that by the end of the 2022-2023 fiscal year, a total of 68 employees will have completed 10 years of service and will be eligible for the Merit Award.

Zhou Liping, Director of the Operations Service Center of the company, released the company's strategic goals for the 2022-2023 fiscal year. Mr. Tian and the company's executive team signed responsibility agreements for the new fiscal year goals. At the same time, in order to comprehensively promote the achievement of the new fiscal year strategic goals, Mr. Tian led the executive team to take a collective oath. All attendees successfully completed the agenda of the meeting by singing "Sing the Motherland" together.
