The project "Macro scale Preparation of Silicon/Carbon Composite Negative Electrode Materials and Their Application Development in Lithium ion Batteries" aims to achieve low-cost macro scale preparation of multi-level structured silicon/porous carbon/graphite composite negative electrode materials with efficient electronic and lithium ion transport networks. Using low-cost biomineralized siliceous materials as raw materials, nano silicon materials are prepared at a low cost through optimized magnesium thermal reduction method. Combined with porous carbon coating, the efficient transport capacity of electrons and lithium ions is further enhanced, effectively alleviating the impact of volume changes on electrode structure; On this basis, high-performance silicon/porous carbon/graphite composite negative electrode materials were effectively composite with commercial fossil graphite negative electrodes. Combined with interface control strategies, the interface characteristics of the composite material were optimized, and the relationship between its electrochemical lithium storage performance and interface contact characteristics was systematically explored. A low-cost macroscopic preparation of silicon/porous carbon/graphite composite negative electrode materials with synergistically improved surface capacity, rate performance, and cycling stability was achieved.
