Practicing customer value, the banner of Xingrui once again flies triumphantly at the construction site of Shandong Electric Power Construction Company's project

Recently, our company received a letter of commendation from the Shenhua Guoneng Chongqing Power Plant Project Department of Shandong Electric Power Construction First Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Energy Engineering Group. We highly praised and commended our company for undertaking the chemical cleaning project of Unit # 1 of the Shenhua Guoneng Chongqing Power Plant 2 * 660MW environmental relocation project. The letter of commendation stated: "With the joint efforts of your company's construction manager Wang Hui and all construction personnel, this cleaning work strictly followed our company's safety, quality, environmental protection requirements, and carefully checked every step from pipeline installation, dispensing, and dosing circulation. We worked tirelessly throughout the night during the acid washing process to ensure that the chemical cleaning work was completed as scheduled, laying a solid foundation for the next step of ignition flushing and the start-up of the entire system. Your company's dedication and professionalism have left a deep impression on us, and we hereby commend you.

The implementation of this project coincides with the peak period of autumn maintenance for power plant equipment. Our company's core business area, boiler acid cleaning, is currently under construction with a large number of orders, and personnel and equipment are very tight. Our company puts customer value at the center and understands that we cannot affect the overall project schedule and power generation requirements of our customers due to our own reasons. The company's leadership holds daily meetings to study and carefully deploy, reasonably arrange the schedule of each project, refine the daily operations of each construction personnel, and work overtime to promote each construction project. It is common for personnel and equipment to be transferred to the next construction site overnight after one construction site is completed.

At the same time as our construction is in full swing, a construction site for a thermal power plant in the southwest region is also bustling, tense and orderly. This project is the 2 * 660MW environmental relocation project of Shenhua Guoneng Chongqing Power Plant, undertaken by Shandong Electric Power Construction First Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group. Shenhua Guoneng Chongqing Power Plant is a key focus project of the National Energy Administration in 2022 and the largest thermal power project under construction in Chongqing. After completion, the project plays an important role in optimizing Chongqing's industrial layout, alleviating environmental pressure in the main urban area, improving environmental quality, meeting the needs of Chongqing's power load development, and enhancing the reliability of Chongqing's power grid. The owner requests that the two units achieve the goal of "dual operation" by 2022. Due to the impact of the epidemic and other reasons, the lifting of the boiler steel frame for Unit # 1 only began normal construction operations at the end of June 2021, and the blowing of pipes is scheduled to end on November 20, 2022. In such a short period of time, we still need to take care of the construction of Unit 2, and the pressure on the project schedule can be imagined. So when choosing subcontracting units, we first consider units with strong capabilities. In the end, the leadership team of the project department unanimously decided to entrust the chemical cleaning project of the two units of the project to me, Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. This is another cooperation between our company and Shandong Electric Power Construction First Company after more than ten projects including Guangdong Heyuan Million Unit, Datang Leizhou Million Unit, Huaneng Ruijin Million Unit, Shandong Luxi 600000 Unit, etc.

After receiving the notice of entering the factory issued by the project department, our company immediately formed a project team and selected personnel from various construction sites. After efforts to coordinate, we finally determined the construction team with Kong Qingguo as the project manager and Wang Hui as the construction manager. The company's chairman, Mr. Tian, personally coordinated and five people were dispatched from the environmental protection department to strengthen the project team. The project team arrived at the project site on October 3rd, but due to epidemic control measures, they officially entered the factory for construction on October 8th. After entering the construction site, faced with serious cross operation of multiple subcontracting teams, and had to queue up for nucleic acid sampling every day, affecting daily working hours, the project department worked overtime to catch up with the progress. The alkali washing work in front of the furnace was completed on October 28th, and the boiler acid washing work was completed on November 5th. During the acid alkali washing period, several key personnel including construction manager Wang Hui and technical staff Lu Qiang stayed at the construction site day and night for several days. When they were tired, they covered themselves with cotton coats and rested in corners. The entire cleaning work was completed in less than a month, which was more than 15 days ahead of the normal schedule. While ensuring the construction period, it is also important to ensure quality. During the acid and alkali washing process, there is no leakage point in the temporary pipeline. The quality indicators of acid washing have been unanimously praised by the leaders of the owner, supervisor, power construction and other units. The project department of the power construction company sent a written commendation letter to our company.

This achievement is the result of the joint efforts of all personnel in the project department and relevant departments of the company. At the same time, we also want to thank the customers for their trust. It is this trust that has forged our company's business policy of "putting customer value at the center", which has led to a continuous stream of orders and the rapid development of our company.
