In April 2023, the Cleaning Division will enter a peak period of construction, with 27 projects starting in a concentrated manner. The projects cover multiple types of cleaning, including boiler chemical cleaning, condenser chemical cleaning, equipment maintenance cleaning, and grey water pipeline chemical cleaning. This includes the chemical pulp inspection, maintenance, and cleaning project of Guangxi Sun Paper Co., Ltd. This is a production line with an annual output of 800000 tons. Due to the complete shutdown and maintenance of the entire pulp line, the customer requested completion within 5 days. Our company has dispatched nearly 100 on-site construction personnel. To ensure the safe and smooth progress of the project, the general manager of the company's cleaning department, Zhang Minghua, the manager of the engineering department, Zhao Yonghui, and the manager of the technical department, Sun Fengyu, formed an on-site command team to visit the front line of the construction site, take command, and quickly organize and carry out work at the forefront of the construction site.

In addition to the Guangxi Sun Paper project, other projects are also in full swing. In order to compete for milestones and ensure progress, Wang Liuliu, Director of the Safety Audit Center, and Chen Fengyi, Assistant to the President, personally visited the site and took command; Manager Xie Tonglu of Engineering Department 2 is stationed in the rear, carefully planning and reasonably scheduling; Each project manager should organize construction forces reasonably and closely coordinate the construction plan; The construction workers also worked overtime and bravely competed, exerting all their abilities to devote themselves to the cleaning operation. While actively promoting the construction progress, the construction manager and on-site safety manager did not slack off in providing safety education to the construction personnel, achieving a three pronged approach of "ensuring safety, ensuring progress, and ensuring quality", rushing towards the goals of each node of the construction project, demonstrating strong comprehensive management capabilities and a team spirit of unity and solidarity.

At present, the entire company is determined to work together and has pressed the "fast forward button" for the cleaning project. In order to build a "ballast stone" for cleaning quality, the company's management personnel have firmly established the management concept of "rushing for time, grasping progress, ensuring quality, and stabilizing safety", and are fully committed to promoting the construction of the project.
