The Aisalam power plant, unveiled by leaders and cleaned by Xingrui in Bangladesh, is now generating electricity!

On May 24, 2023, Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. successfully connected the first unit of the Aisalam 2 × 660MW supercritical coal-fired power plant in Bangladesh to the grid! The Aisalam project is located in the southern coastal area of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is the largest single unit thermal power and coal-fired power plant unit in Bangladesh, and as an important project in the construction of the "Bangladesh China India Myanmar Economic Corridor", it has received high attention from leaders of both countries. On October 14, 2016, national leaders and Bangladeshi Prime Minister Hasina witnessed the unveiling ceremony of the project, marking the beginning of the partnership between China and Bangladesh. Bangladesh, located on the Silk Road, once again shone brightly.

On September 26, 2021, our company successfully won the bid for the chemical cleaning project of two units at the Aisalam Power Plant in Bangladesh. After close cooperation with multiple parties, the project passed the acceptance inspection smoothly. Unit 1 successfully generated electricity on May 24th; The chemical cleaning work of Unit 2 has been completed and is awaiting trial operation after blowing the pipes. During the construction period of the project, all personnel of our company's Aisalam Power Plant project department in Bangladesh always had firm confidence and gave up their vacation to ensure the smooth progress of the project. They stayed on the front line and upheld the social responsibility and commitment of the Xingrui people. They united as one, with the spirit of perseverance and overcoming difficulties, focusing on both epidemic prevention and control and project progress. In the South Asian region far away from their motherland, they overcame one difficulty after another, using sweat and blood to depict simple and touching life and work scenes.
