After expert review and demonstration, the "2023 Shandong Province Green and Low carbon Technology Achievement Catalog" was organized and compiled, which includes a total of 78 technological achievements. This technology can achieve the reuse of wastewater in a circulating water system without treatment or after simple treatment, utilizing the characteristics of the circulating water system to promote the degradation and consumption of wastewater, and long-term operation without scaling or corrosion. By using a near zero discharge core treatment unit or evaporation system, a small amount of wastewater can be separated into solid and liquid, achieving extremely low-cost near zero discharge for enterprises. Compared with traditional processes (membrane method+evaporation), this technology reduces one-time investment by more than 90%, and significantly reduces operating costs and one-time water consumption. This technology has been recognized by a third-party scientific and technological achievement evaluation agency: the overall technology of this achievement has reached the international advanced level. This technology can be widely applied to industrial enterprises that generate wastewater and have large-scale circulating cooling water systems, such as the recycling of wastewater resources in most industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, biomedicine, power plants, and steel metallurgy; For enterprises without zero emission pressure, it can be used as a cost reduction measure to lower sewage treatment costs and reduce primary water consumption.
