The fifth meeting of the first council of the Shandong branch of the Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association was successfully held in Sciengreen

On July 30th, the fifth meeting of the first council of the Shandong branch of the Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association was successfully held at Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. Xia Chunming, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, Zhu Bei, Director of the External Relations Office and Vice Chairman of the Alumni Association of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, Chen Xingjie, Deputy Director of the External Relations Office and Secretary General of the Alumni Association of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, and Xiong Siqi, Chief of the Alumni Fund Department of the External Relations Office of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, attended the meeting. More than ten directors including Tian Mingge, Chairman of Shandong Alumni Association, Chen Qunjiao, Secretary General, and representatives of 2024 Shandong freshmen attended the meeting together.

President Xia and his delegation visited the company's exhibition hall and R&D center, focusing on key technologies such as low-cost reuse of industrial wastewater with zero discharge solutions, green cleaning, electrochemistry, and online intelligent monitoring. They further understood the company's development history, core values of corporate culture, business policies, technological innovation capabilities, and contributions to the development of new quality productivity. School leaders and alumni highly praised Sciengreen's technological innovation ability, market layout, and corporate culture, and praised its outstanding contributions in promoting environmental protection technology innovation and production development.

Subsequently, the fifth meeting of the first council of the Shandong branch of the Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association was held in the auditorium of Sciengreen Company. Chen Qunjiao, Secretary General of the Shandong Alumni Association, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the alumni association, warmly welcoming the guests present. Subsequently, Tian Mingge, President of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. and Chairman of Shandong Alumni Association, made a comprehensive and in-depth work summary report, elaborating on the basic situation of the Shandong Alumni Association, and systematically reviewing the work of the Alumni Association since its establishment from three aspects: building an alumni exchange platform, leveraging the advantages of the alma mater to serve alumni and local economy, and organizing alumni to give back to the alma mater and contribute to the high-quality development of the alma mater. At the meeting, Zhu Bei, Director of the External Relations Office and Vice Chairman of the Alumni Association of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, briefed the attending alumni on the recent development trends and strategic plans of the school, including education and teaching reform, scientific research and innovation achievements, campus environment improvement, and other aspects, demonstrating the vigorous development trend of the alma mater and enhancing the sense of belonging and pride of the attending alumni. Finally, Professor Xia Chunming, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, delivered a speech in which he highly affirmed the positive contributions made by the alumni association in promoting exchanges and serving alumni development. He also urged alumni to continue to work together and strive for a better future for their alma mater and alumni association. At the end of the meeting, President Xia, on behalf of the Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association, presented hanging plates with the school's style to Sciengreen Company and the Shandong Alumni Association. Tian Minge, on behalf of the Shandong Alumni Association, presented souvenirs to the attending Shandong freshmen.
