On August 6th, Professor Xu Hao, Director of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, visited Sciengreen Company for guidance. Professor Xu Hao is the Director of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Deputy Secretary General of the Industrial Water Treatment Special Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society, Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Industrial Water Treatment, Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Electroplating and Coating, Editorial Board Member of Catalysts, and Youth Editorial Board Member of Chinese Chemical Letters. He has in-depth research and high achievements in the field of chemical descaling for circulating water and electricity. In August 2022,Sciengreen signed a technology development contract with Xi'an Jiaotong University, initiating substantive cooperation with Professor Xu Hao's team to provide strong support for the research and development, experimentation, equipment design, and product market planning and promotion of the company's "Circulating Water and Electricity Chemical descaling" project.
Professor Xu gave a detailed lecture on the theoretical basis, research status, and market application prospects of electrochemical plates, and shared the latest research results. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on industrial planning, technological innovation, and market expansion in the field of environmental protection. Professor Xu proposed suggestions on new electrode materials and equipment configuration design, and formulated specific measures for the quality management and technological innovation of the company's electrochemical products.

On August 6th, the company held a solemn apprenticeship ceremony on the first floor of the R&D building. Under the joint witness of the company's president Tian Mingge and related personnel, R&D engineer Meng Weikang officially became a disciple of Professor Xu Hao. At the ceremony, Meng Weikang followed traditional etiquette and expressed his admiration for the sages, his desire to learn to Professor Xu Hao, and presented him with a tea and a letter of apprenticeship. Professor Xu Hao gladly accepted and signed the letter of apprenticeship, officially establishing the teacher-student relationship. Apprentice Meng Weikang expressed that he has always had great admiration and respect for Professor Xu. Today, he was thrilled and moved to become a renowned teacher. He must learn from the teacher, including their skills, ethics, and interpersonal skills. He should apply his knowledge to his work and contribute to the development of the company and the progress of the water treatment industry. Professor Xu Hao highly affirmed Sciengreen's adherence to technological innovation, emphasis on talent cultivation, especially the upward and benevolent cultural value system, and adherence to values. Professor Xu Hao stated that this apprenticeship is the first non professional student (apprentice) he has accepted as a teacher, in addition to being a professional professor. He is very happy and cherishes the teacher-student relationship and affection. He will do his best to help his apprentice continuously improve and grow. He will cooperate with Sciengreen for a long time, transform his technology and achievements on the Sciengreen platform, help the enterprise achieve the four step strategic goal as soon as possible, and contribute to the high-quality development of China's water treatment industry. He will also explore new paths and make new contributions to the industry university research cooperation work of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
