Recently,Sciengreen Company undertook the boiler system maintenance and chemical cleaning project of Shaanxi Shenmu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. of National Energy Group. On July 31st,Sciengreen Company received the notification of winning the bid. Thanks to in-depth communication with the technical department and careful formulation of the construction plan, the cleaning department responded quickly and formed a construction team composed of senior technical personnel and experienced construction personnel. They gathered at the first time, prepared cleaning materials, and set off overnight. The construction team arrived at the project site the next day (August 1st) and immediately organized safety training and assessment, coordinated with the customer site, and confirmed the site conditions. Faced with the client's demanding deadline of completing the cleaning of two boilers before August 13th, the project team reversed the schedule and developed a meticulous construction plan to efficiently complete all preparatory work.

During the construction period, all project personnel carried forward the spirit of Sciengreen's "struggle", fearlessly faced difficulties, united as one, and worked overtime to carry out the construction. During the project, there was a sudden heavy rain, but the Sciengreen team did not stop because of it. The night shift personnel held their posts in the rain and successfully completed the key dosing task. After continuous efforts, the chemical cleaning work of the two boilers was successfully completed two days ahead of schedule on August 11th. The efficient and professional performance has won high recognition and praise from the owners.

Throughout the entire construction and cleaning process, Yulin Special Inspection Institute provided comprehensive supervision and guidance. The Sciengreen project team strictly follows the requirements of the "Guidelines for Boiler Cleaning in Thermal Power Plants" (DL/T794-2012), and all cleaning indicators fully comply with the standards.
