Sciengreen Company successfully signed the electrochemical project of Yangzhou Ruiyang Chemical Co., Ltd

Recently, Yangzhou Ruiyang Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ruiyang Chemical) conducted a public inquiry and bidding for circulating water and electricity chemical equipment. After multiple rounds of evaluation and competition,Sciengreen Company successfully won the bid for the project with its outstanding technical strength and service level.

Yangzhou Ruiyang Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 and is one of the domestic enterprises that uses the "thermal method" to produce phosphoric acid. It adopts the "full heat recovery thermal method phosphoric acid" production device and "one-step method" polyphosphoric acid production technology developed by Yunnan Chemical Industry Research Institute, and has built an annual output of 20000 tons of high-quality polyphosphoric acid. The main products include industrial grade phosphoric acid, food grade phosphoric acid, electronic grade phosphoric acid, and polyphosphoric acid, which can provide arsenic free polyphosphoric acid and low arsenic polyphosphoric acid. 

After understanding that Ruiyang Chemical's circulating water system uses tap water as makeup water, the drainage of circulating water is limited. After multiple rounds of in-depth technical exchanges and discussions, Ruiyang Chemical has chosen Sciengreen Company's SGR system electrochemical equipment. The device is equipped with anode and cathode plates made of special materials. After being powered on, the cathode is equipped with descaling by electrolyzing water; The anode has the functions of sterilization and algae elimination, which can effectively solve the problems of scaling, corrosion, bacteria and algae in circulating water, and achieve high concentration or near zero discharge operation of circulating water. It is a disruptive circulating water treatment technology. At present, the equipment of the project has been successfully installed and operated, with significant operational effects. A large amount of scale has been adsorbed and deposited inside the equipment, significantly reducing the concentration of scale forming ions in the circulating water, enhancing the stability and reliability of the circulating water system, achieving safe operation with high concentration without the addition of chemicals, reducing water consumption and sewage discharge, and providing a solid guarantee for the production and operation of Ruiyang Chemical.
