1、 Starting a business in the sea, rooting and cleaning up
In the 1990s, a job in a public institution meant a stable and worry free life in the future, equivalent to holding a lifelong "iron rice bowl". At that time, Tian Minge, who was assigned to the Jining Salt Bureau after graduating from university, was such an object of envy for many people. However, this young man made an unexpected choice.
By chance, Tian Mingge came across a document promoting industrial cleaning technology and found that cleaning not only ensures the safe and efficient operation of enterprise equipment, but also saves a lot of energy and protects the environment for the country. He can also make full use of his professional knowledge in thermal engineering. In 1999, at the age of 26, Tian Minge made a resolute decision to give up his "iron rice bowl" and leave government agencies to embark on the path of entrepreneurship, as he could serve the country, fill the gap in the market area, and showcase his strengths. Tian Minge's idea was supported by two college classmates who worked at a power plant and a boiler inspection institute. The three of them hit it off immediately and, with a strong passion for the cleaning industry, rented two gatehouses at 73 Wutaizha Road, Zhongqu District, Jining City, and registered and established the Cleaning Engineering Technology Center (predecessor of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd.).
Three newly graduated students, without start-up capital, cleaning technology, and business experience, started their arduous entrepreneurial journey from scratch. As the saying goes, the beginning of everything is difficult, but once you firmly believe in the significant cause you want to do, you will persevere without hesitation. The three of them pooled together 12000 yuan to raise start-up capital and purchased the first set of cleaning equipment; I purchased a large number of professional books from Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places for self-study, and repeatedly consulted and learned from masters who have been engaged in cleaning work. Through continuous hard work and specialized research, I have initially mastered cleaning techniques; They walked through the streets and alleys to promote to small and large enterprises, gradually opening up the market; Climbing chimneys, drilling boilers, living and working together with workers, fighting on the front line for a long time to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. With a hardworking, down-to-earth, rigorous and pragmatic work attitude, and a commitment to integrity,Sciengreen Company has gained the trust and support of more and more customers. Its popularity has gradually increased, and the enterprise has continued to grow and develop. "Washing Equipment ·Sciengreen" has also become a consensus among enterprises in Shandong and surrounding areas.
2、 Talent support, technological innovation
While everyone was immersed in the joy of the company's smooth development, Tian Mingge fell into deeper thinking: in order for enterprises to achieve long-term development, they must rely on technological progress, and technological talents are the main support for technological progress. In January 2005, when Tian Minge set the development plan of "entering the subdivision field of industrial circulating water treatment", he embarked on the path of seeking talents.Sciengreen is located in a third tier city. At that time, the enterprise was small in scale and the working environment was poor, which was not attractive to outstanding talents. However, Tian Minge did not give up. He believed that sincerity was the key to success. After multiple inquiries, he turned his attention to Zhuang Lihua, one of the former leaders of the Water Treatment Special Group at Nanjing Chemical Design Institute, who was a practical expert in the "Southern School" of China's industrial water treatment industry. When inviting her to join for the first time, Teacher Zhuang's answer was very straightforward: "That's impossible!" Tian Mingge, who had been rejected multiple times, did not lose heart. He maintained contact with Teacher Zhuang for a long time and visited her at home. Teacher Zhuang was moved by the young man's passion for his career, unwavering spirit, and sincerity, and ultimately agreed to go to Jining to "help for a year". Even Teacher Zhuang herself did not expect that she would work in Sciengreen, Shandong for 9 years. The joining of Zhuang Lihua has greatly advanced Sciengreen's technology and gained a certain influence in the industry. Subsequently, Tian Mingge, with his sincerity and career ambition, moved well-known experts and professors such as Shao Weiren, Zhang Jiansong, Zeng Hongcun, Gu Shumei, Ding Yuanhong, Xing Lihua, etc. to join Sciengreen Company. At the same time, he continued to recruit young personnel, mainly master's students, and under the guidance of experts, he built a strong technical research and development team.
While building a talent pool, Tian Mingge focuses on industry university research cooperation with universities and institutions. He has established stable industry university research cooperation relationships with well-known domestic universities such as Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Shandong University, greatly improving the company's technological research and development level.Sciengreen has established 5 provincial-level R&D platforms and 11 municipal level R&D platforms, including 6 postdoctoral fellows in the provincial-level postdoctoral workstation (3 of whom have already left the station); Hosted 12 provincial-level scientific research projects and 5 municipal level scientific research projects; Based on core products and technologies, 22 authorized invention patents and 33 utility model patents have been obtained; Participated in the compilation of one national standard and one industry/group standard; Published over 70 SCI and other papers.

From end of pipe treatment to front-end prevention, to the entire water system process, as well as factory process chemicals, the company has ensured stable development.
Tian Mingge has devoted himself to researching business models, utilizing the combination of diversion products and long tail product models to continuously extend the company's business system around industrial "water" and create a one-stop "water steward" service model. In addition to continuously deepening the focus on industrial equipment cleaning and industrial circulating water treatment business, he has also laid out sub fields such as water treatment equipment, sewage treatment, specialized chemicals, and online intelligent control. In 2003, Sciengreen entered the field of water treatment equipment and in 2011, the equipment division was separated and operated separately as Shandong Gree Water Co., Ltd. In 2010, we entered the field of specialized chemicals and developed more than 20 specialized chemicals, including ProtecMBC series membrane chemicals, SGR17 series demulsifiers, SGR18 series defoamers, SGR11 series evaporative chemicals, SGR23 series metal processing chemicals, SGR19 series boiler chemicals, SGR02 series industrial cleaning agents, SGR04 series corrosion inhibitors, etc. We have received high praise from customers in industries such as power, chemical, metallurgy, coking, and mechanical processing. In 2019,Sciengreen hosted the Jining Difficult to Treat Industrial Wastewater Treatment Technology Exchange Conference and cooperated with Qingdao University of Science and Technology to flexibly introduce 8 water treatment experts from the School of Environment at once, beginning to enter the field of industrial wastewater treatment business. In 2022,Sciengreen once again innovates and explores in the field of water treatment equipment, collaborating with Professor Xu Hao's team from Xi'an Jiaotong University to develop the fourth generation automatic reverse electrode electrochemical device.
The gradual expansion of business areas has not made Sciengreen give up its pursuit and exploration of industrial cleaning technology. In recent years,Sciengreen has increased its research and development efforts in industrial cleaning agents. The SGR02 series of industrial cleaning agents is a series of products developed by Sciengreen based on 25 years of cleaning practice, suitable for various working conditions and difficult to dissolve scales, especially sulfate cleaning agents, which have become a leading brand in this field; The SGR04 series corrosion inhibitor is a series of acid pickling corrosion inhibitors developed by Sciengreen, which can be used for various cleaning media such as hydrochloric acid, citric acid, EDTA (high temperature, low temperature), hydrofluoric acid, organic acid, composite acid, etc. The performance is more outstanding and can reduce costs. It has been well received by peers and has been rated as a brand product of the China Industrial Cleaning Association. As the vice chairman unit of the China Industrial Cleaning Association,Sciengreen actively shares innovative achievements with industry colleagues and has formed a harmonious industrial ecology with the majority of cleaning peers. While consolidating the domestic market, Singri also actively responded to the national call to go out along the "the Belt and Road" and steadily expand the overseas cleaning market. It has successively undertaken cleaning projects in more than a dozen countries, including Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Morocco, Zambia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia and so on. The Moroccan Nuo project undertaken in 2016 is the world's largest solar thermal power generation project, and the Saudi Red Sea project undertaken in 2024 is the world's largest desalination project. Many of the projects involved are landmark projects in the country where the project is located, which have attracted the attention of leaders of China and project countries, and launched "Chinese cleaning" on the "the Belt and Road" "brand.

The industrial cleaning industry has undergone tremendous changes in terms of the number of employees, technological level, equipment capability, industry scale, and social impact.
